Crazy-go-nuts

After a horrible summer full of many long conversations and prayers, Micah has decided to leave his job at the church. He's telling the elders and pastor of the church tonight and is extremely nervous. We have no idea what the time-frame will be or how long he has to look for a job or what the heck we're going to do, but we know that God will provide. Despite the hourly panic attacks and bouts of hyperventalation, we're doing great. I know I've asked you to pray a lot this summer, but I know you all do so I'm asking again. More fun updates to come!

wow- we'll definitely be praying for you guys. It's so hard to leave a group of kids you like because of church politics. I'm so excited though to see what God has in store for you, and yes, He will provide!

we will be praying for you both! I know you know, but God has a plan and this is HIS will...you heard him calling and followed and He will provide for you now..trust in Him and to not doubt! (which duh i know you won't) this is all very exciting and scary..and right now i will pray that the Lord speaks through Micah and guides him tonight as he delivers the news. i love you both
2 Cor.9:8. God has already shown you this in your lives...and he has something marvelous planned for both of you! xo

Jen... Joe and I just went through this same thing at our church. We told our Pastor that we would be the teen leaders for one more year while they could find someone else to take the position. There were many reasons for this decision but basically I know how your feeling. I'll be praying for you and Micah definitely but also for your teens...because I think that's the worst part... the kids suffer because of the adults. How do you think they are going to handle this?
